Information and purpose
We handle information you voluntarily send: your name, contact details, message and documents agreed for the relevant topic. We use it to respond to your enquiry and take pre-contractual steps at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Career enquiries also contain information you provide in your email.
How a message is sent
Until direct submission is activated, the button prepares an email in your email application. You send it yourself and this website does not transmit the information. Once forms are activated, Formspree, Inc. will provide technical processing; see its privacy policy. Authorised staff and necessary email, hosting and IT providers may process the information.
Retention
We use information to respond to your enquiry and for any agreed cooperation. The scope and period of further retention depend on the purpose, subsequent relationship and applicable obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object where the legal basis allows. Contact the branch by the email above. We normally respond within one month. You may complain to the Slovak personal-data protection authority.
Browser storage and map
We use no analytics or advertising cookies. We store only dismissal of the information notice locally. Message drafts stay in the open page and are not saved to local storage. Google Maps loads only at your request and may then process technical details such as your IP address.
